Michael Saxe, DMD

Over 40 years a resident of Las Vegas, Dr. Michael Saxe graduated Valley High School in Las Vegas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He then attended Dental School at Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.), cum laude. Dr. Michael Saxe then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, where he was Chief Resident of the Pediatric Dentistry Program and received his certification as a Pediatric Dentist.

Dr. Michael Saxe is married and has three children, all residing in Las Vegas. Dr. Michael Saxe has been practicing in Las Vegas since 1991. He is currently on staff at several surgical centers, Sunrise Hospital, Sunrise Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Michael Saxe is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Dr. Michael Saxe is a founder and Pediatric Dentistry consultant of the Southern Nevada Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Clinic. Dr Michael Saxe also started the General Practice Residency Program in Las Vegas with His Brother Steven and Senator Dr. Ray Rawson. Dr. Michael Saxe is also part time Faculty at the UNLV Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry for over 12 years, at the Dental School. Dr. Michael Saxe has also been published nationally on the recognition of Child Abuse. Current Dental License in Nevada & California.

Maryam Sina, DDS

Dr. Sina is a highly respected pediatric dentist with a long-standing commitment to excellence in dental care and education. Born with a passion for healthcare and service, Dr. Sina pursued an impressive academic and professional path, establishing a reputation as a skilled and dedicated practitioner.

In 1987, Dr. Maryam Sina graduated with a bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) , before going on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of Southern California (USC). Continuing her studies , she then received a certificate in pediatric dentistry after a two year residency training program at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

Dr. Maryam Sina’s career in pediatric dentistry spans over three decades, with professional roles that emphasize both patient care and education. Currently based in Las Vegas , Nevada, since 1995, Dr. Maryam Sina has actively contributed to the growth of the pediatric dental field. She has served as attending clinical instructor at several prestigious institutions, including USC, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and the University of Nevada Las Vegas sharing knowledge and fostering the next generation of pediatric dentists. Dr. Maryam Sina also held the esteemed position of Board member and president of Nevada Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Outside the clinic Dr. Maryam Sina is a proud parent of three children. She has a keen appreciation for the arts, history and travel. This personal passion for creativity and exploration enriches Dr. Sina’s life and work, inspiring a balanced approach to both professional and personal growth. Dr. Maryam Sina continues to be a valued member of the Las Vegas community , bringing skilled dental care to her young patients.

Jacob Ozuna, DMD

Jacob Ozuna DMD, “Dr. Jake,” is Vegas born and raised. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Summa Cum Laude. He further continued his education at UNLV where he was Chief Resident and earned his certification in Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Jake grew up very active in sports, playing football and wrestling. He continues to enjoy sports with his favorite sports teams being the L.A. Rams and Golden Knights. Dr. Jake also loves being outdoors and going on adventures with his wife, two sons, and German Shepherds. His calm and welcoming demeanor helps him connect and provide a comfortable environment for his patients. Dr. Jake looks forward to meeting you and shaping a positive dental experience for your child.
